Q: I can’t sit in the lotus position. Does this mean I can’t meditate and join your class?

A: Not at all. Comfort is key in meditation. Chairs are provided for those who prefer them, and others find leaning against a wall helpful.

 

Q: I can’t clear my mind and I don’t want to be with my thoughts.
